CRM executives

CRM, Data & Analytics £ 250 - £ 300 per day, ir35 tbc

Major Players are working with a world re-known sports equipment brand that are currently looking for 2 passionate, data-driven, consumer-centric CRM executives to focus on either retention or acquisition to join their International Marketing team. Reporting to the CRM Retention / acquisition Marketing Lead, these role's will partner with various teams such as Creative, Brand, Lifecycle, Digital, Retail and Analytics to create highly engaging email campaigns. This role will focus on batch campaign optimisation and testing and will communicate key messages to Members to engage and reduce churn.

Specific Responsibilities:
Working closely with US Member Experience & Int'l Brand, own and manage the batch, brand, apparel & retention email marketing calendar for UK, DE, & AU
Build and execute targeted campaigns that drive results
Execute and analyse A/B test plans to improve engagement performance and reduce churn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the content strategy and personalisation across email marketing campaigns
Develop creative briefs and work with designers and copywriters to create compelling creative that drives results
Support in transactional campaign updates
Support in survey sends for the consumer insights team
Support the CRM Retention Marketing lead in ad hoc programs and key season support
Work with wider team to measure each experiment, document and socialise findings, and develop next steps
Effective communication with peers and senior leaders

Qualifications
1-3 years' experience in an email marketing role
Strong empathy for customers and understanding of value drivers in subscription business models
Experience using email and marketing automation platforms like Braze, SimonData, SalesForce, or Marketo
Demonstrated experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns
Leads by example - demonstrating curiosity, empathy, grace under pressure, integrity, responsiveness, transparency, agility and authenticity.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail
Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
Basic understanding of HTML preferred
