My client is an online subscription business in the food sector. This start-up launched 3.5 years ago and has grown rapidly in 2020, with thousands of monthly customers now buying their awesome products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate group of foodies and build a best in class ecommerce business.
CRM Executive - The Role
The CRM Executive will be responsible for running email marketing campaigns aimed at driving repeat purchase from their customer database. The role will require this person to come up with creative email campaigns but also be involved in retention marketing programmes across social, web and print.
● At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on loyalty, engagement, retention marketing, email and/or CRM
● A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify key opportunities for growth through referral, loyalty and lifecycle strategies
● An excellent understanding of key retention metrics such as churn and customer lifetime value
● The confidence to work independently as well as the ability to work closely with other team members, often on multiple projects simultaneously
● Experience with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, GA and Smile.io
● Experience with AB testing to drive meaningful results
