Major Players are working with a health service provider that helps people have virtual consultations with doctors and other professionals through video messaging and texting though its mobile applications.

The Role

This health-care provider is on the lookout for a CRM executive to join a small team as soon as possible. The role consists of working with marketing staff and customer service to maintain a customer-focused attitude.


Responsibilities



* Maintaining and building relationships with key personnel within customer companies
* Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
* Letting customers know about the other products the company offers
* Resolving areas of concern as raised by clients


Skills and Experience



* Experience with sales force
* Mail chip experience
* Hardworking with a strong work ethic
* A track record of managing client relationships or experience working as a CRM manager
