Creative Technologist

Major Players are currently working with one of the leading Branding/Retail agencies in Europe who are based in Amsterdam.

They are looking for a Creative Technologist to join the agency at a time when more and more retail clients are seeking ways to create innovative immersive customer experiences that bridge the physical/digital divide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a top consultancy, they are looking for someone who is both hands on in terms of the innovative technologies that are available in this space whilst not necessarily needing to be hands on with the coding side of things.

Main Responsibilities:



* Brainstorm and develop creative and experiential concepts alongside Creative Strategists and Designers
* Work with the team to map out the customer journey, proposing innovative and frictionless touchpoints that blend physical and digital experiences
* Be the champion and owner of digital and omni-channel integration within your project team; guide the digital workstreams of our customer experience (CX) projects
* Drive innovation and application of new technologies based on customer needs and project requirements
* Research, analyze and apply latest tech best practices and trends across loyalty, CRM and membership; customer analytics; social and mobile commerce; VR, AR, gamification and physical design;
* Analyze existing customer needs and journeys to purchase; identify pain points and opportunities to improve the experience through technology
* Participate in creative workshops to advise clients on how to leverage technology to improve new experience
* Help win new projects and pitches through the application of innovative digital touchpoints that engage and inspire our clients
* Help Project Managers and Strategists with writing RFPs and project proposals and defining the scope of the project from the digital POV
* Evaluate existing digital capabilities of the clients to understand opportunities and limitations; set clear KPIs for tech solutions
* Define the required technology (software and hardware) and technical requirements to bring the experience to life, ensuring that the original concept intent comes through into the final pilot
* Develop high-level strategic roadmaps for digital integration (short-term, medium-term, long-term) for clients
* Propose smart and compliant ways to integrate analytics and data capture along the customer journey
* Present your ideas and translate complex tech information into clear and highly engaging client presentations and thought leadership content
