A chic branding agency is seeking an immediately available Creative Services Manager to look after the flow and creativity of projects surrounding the food, travel and drinks industry.
As the Creative Services Manager you will be reporting into the Creative Director, you will manage the operations and be responsible for; forecasting, planning headcount for quarterly priority projects, budget management, recruitment, scoping, resource allocation and delivery of their day to day creative briefs.
- Represent the creative team perspective, goals/KPIs and output - Oversee creative workflow and project assignments in collaboration with the Creative Leadership team - Partner with Marketing and other business areas on intake and allocation of all creative work within the studio - Planning and communicating quarterly/half year priorities including resource and timings forecast - Report monthly on utilisation and studio KPIs - Create report for monthly review of Creative studio and Marketing operations activity - Monitor current traffic/operational processes and sharing ideas on how to improve those - Support Creative campaign managers on campaign resourcing for Mass comms/high priority projects - Build collaborative relationships with Marketing org (including channel teams) and business departments
-Immediately available - Drinks + lifestyle client experience - Possess a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines - Ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work - A confident communicator, working with business units and channel teams to deliver impactful brand creative - Build great relationships in the process and drive operational excellence
