Creative Director

We are working with a alternative, independent creative agency who are looking for a Creative and art direction lead for global sports campaigns.

Key experience and profile

Experience in an advertising, digital or media agency (or all of the above)

Experience in global campaign deliverables, expertise in digital and social is a must

Multi-product and multi-day photoshoots, 2D and 3D experience

Local & Global campaign deliverables experience

Passionate about youth culture and sport

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop strong creative responses and eloquently present

Has managed multiple people before

Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

10+ years' experience in the industry, with 3+ years' experience in a similar role

Expectations

Support strategy director on overall story and narrative for the campaign

Lead and own the concept and creative direction informed by the strategy

Oversee all creative direction leading to the shoot, including working with stylists, set designers, HMU, shot lists

Creative Director on shoot days

Shortlisting of imagery, including retouch notes

Work with strategy director in post-production to oversee all outputs

Leading presentation of work and updates to the client when required

Hybrid working, on site 3 days per week (London)

Salary: £70-80K
