Creative and Content Manager

This is a truly excellent opportunity to work for the UK's No.1 largest and fastest growing vitamin supplement company, which has helped define the VMS sector with leading brands such as Perfectil, Pregnacare, Wellman and Wellwoman. Vitabiotics is the first and only vitamin company to receive The Queen's Award for Innovation in vitamin research.

This will be the perfect role for you, if you are a senior-interactive art director level creative looking to 'own your own thing'. This is a major role in charge of the creative look and feel for the UK's most popular vitamin brand, across all the digital touchpoints and beyond. With a background in agency creative or client-side e-commerce creative, you are a hands-on, but creatively led individual who is confident developing and selling-in your creative ideas to the CEO and Marketing Director, and then able to get on and produce the agreed output. Your starting point is a new, agency-led website redesign, which you will take and own, developing the design principals across all digital touchpoints.

Key Tasks

* Responsible for overall creative online merchandising and design lay-out and signage
* Responsible for the production and quality of digital Product /Copy /Editorial/ Photo content
* Responsible for the production of online campaign creative across display, email
* Work with UX to optimise visual presentation
* Work with UX to identify opportunities for product / category improvement
* Work with programme manager and developer to implement the design, including testing and visual QA of the builds
* to get creative out in a timely fashion
* Producing creative as proposed for the website, display, email, social and more
* Provision of content /copy for distribution by Marketing to social media sites
* Management of a junior graphic designer

Essential

* Proven experience in e-commerce interaction design
* Proven experience developing creative for A/B testing
* Proven experience developing campaigns across digital touchpoints
* Best in class photoshop and graphic design skills
* Worked with user experience to propose new design to improve customer experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable prototyping ideas on paper
* Customer-centric but revenue-driven mentality
* Comfortable working within a small team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

* Comfortable using analytics programmes to prove creative has worked
* Experience developing junior staff
* Has worked with Shopify
