Seeking Associate Director to manage a strategic communications operation for a major Fast Food Chain and Food brand

Applicants should have significant agency experience and an extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry. They should be equally comfortable developing proactive communications plans to generate earned media as they are responding to issues and writing reactive communications plans. A good understanding of wider social, political and economic landscape and its implications for the client is crucial.

Strong writing and communications skills are a must.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Owning the relationship with key clients
* Project management
* Managing a large matrixed team
* Overseeing the press office and media relations
* Developing relationships with relevant journalists and influencers
* Planning and generating earned media
* Creating and executing on long term strategic communications plan for the company
* Budgeting
* People development
