The Client is a well established research, insights and innovations consultancy with multiple offices globally, part of a larger network. Their specialism is online communities to connect with the consumer, and the work is often to feed in to innovation, new product development, internal comms and broader brand strategy. The teams are split across ongoing research for retained business and ad hoc projects, a combination of online communities but also primary qual where deemed effective. The culture is creative, fast paced and forward thinking with great company benefits.
Due to winning new accounts and continues growth, they now seek to hire a consultant and senior consultant. These roles are in the side of the company working with the retained accounts, a benefit being the relationship you build with your clients and the holistic overview of their long terms strategy you gain, and how you can contribute towards this. The majority of the research will be online, but more and more the projects are becoming integrated online and offline. They work across a number of sectors with widely known global clients within tech, FMCG, beauty, auto, travel and more.
You will be an experienced qualitative researcher with at least 2 years' experience. Online experience is ideal but not essential. They are looking for someone with a really strong ability to draw actionable and strategic insights from large amounts of qualitative data, and experience with moderation; guiding group conversations in order to obtain those key insights.
