Major Players are working with an international design agency based in central Amsterdam who create compelling and original brand experiences from the exceptional everyday, to the exclusive and extraordinary. With over 30 years experience living and breathing brand design, they're really rather good at it and have numerous studios globally.

They're currently looking for a seasoned Commercial Director to be responsible for achieving business targets for both the agency and for their clients, to provide commercial and strategic direction, and strong financial leadership. A background in packaging/branding design is a MUST.

Incorporating all relevant expertise within the agency, you will have the ability to have intelligent conversations at senior level leading to mutual trust and excellent collaboration, nurturing existing client relationships as well proactively seeking further opportunities within the client companies. You're able to provide strategic and creative brand expertise, acting as a true consultant, being an inspirational team leader, ensuring the highest level of project delivery and acting as a true mentor to the team.

You'll be an excellent communicator with a solid understanding of brand strategy, able to manage expectations both externally and internally and will bring a commercial mindset and intelligence to complex challenges. You will be able to maximise client opportunities for the agency, and ideally have 5+ years Board level experience.
