Client Support Team Manager - Contract

Emperor is a corporate and brand communications agency with offices in London, 4 other UK locations & Dubai are currently seeking a Support Desk Manager to lead our Digital Support Team in London. Their clients range from FTSE listed companies to large travel companies and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming requests and queries
Ensuring clients' websites and applications are kept up to date
Management of key financial reporting events
Billings and supplier invoicing
Ability to clearly explain and translate technical requirements as the liaison between internal teams
and external clients and partners
Passion to keep abreast of digital and industry trends
Ability to deliver exceptional client service

Skills
Experience managing websites and other digital communications
Content Management Systems (in particular Umbraco and Wordpress)
Understanding of the financial markets and IR industry
Knowledge of SEO/Google Analytics/Google Webmaster Tools
Basic HTML
