This CSM role is absolutely key to the growth plans for 2022. You'll be joining a diverse team of super talented people with energy and innovation at their core. The role is responsible for on-boarding client teams, then broadening and deepening the adoption of the platform. You'll leave prospect clients impressed, excited and loving the features and capabilities, ease of trial, use and uptake of the platform. Also collaborating closely with the sales team to support on pilots and enabling successful adoption of the platform.
Some other aspects of your role will be to communicate company news, product releases, feedback, ideas and recommendations. Represent the voice of the customer to inform marketing, sales and product roadmap processes, collaborate with the head of marketing to facilitate the creation of new testimonials and case studies, as well as collaboration across wider marketing activities such as events and editorial.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, curious and confident communicator with solid experience as a client success manager in a Saas environment OR an account manager in a tech platform or an ad agency background.
