Client Services Executive - The Company
Our client is a global management consultancy who specialise in providing strategy and insight to improve and enhance business relationships. They currently work with an exciting range of blue chip marketing companies and leading communication agencies, and as part of their expansion plan are looking for a Client Services Executive to join their team.

Client Services Executive - Key Skills
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
* Impeccable spoken and written English
* Strong numerical and analytical skills - confident with data
* Experience in an administrative, data analysis or research role
* Experience of data dashboards preferred; experience of Tableau reporting an advantage
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good client service experience and ability
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Knowledge of marketing or experience within the communication industry

Client Services Executive - The Role
As a Client Services Executive you will join a worldwide team based in London and will be client service minded with an interest in data and analytical thinking. The successful applicant will be adaptable, able to work as a team player but also comfortable to work autonomously and manage their own responsibilities. You will be a detail-oriented, logical, resourceful multi-tasker.
Key responsibilities
Working with the Client Service Leads and supporting them in all they do. Specifically:
* Project workflow monitoring
* Managing data outputs and supporting the analysis process
* Assisting in the preparation of client reports, PowerPoint decks and Excel documents
* Liaising with clients during the course of the projects: answering e-mail queries, taking phone calls & providing progress updates
* Writing and maintaining company literature such as 'How-To' guides
* Support in driving new business & monitoring trends in the marketing/advertising landscape to maintain competitive advantage
* Ownership of Client/Meeting Diary management and scheduling during seasonal reviews
* Organising Client Meetings & full logistical support
* Management of client service database/filing
* Ordering office supplies for the London office
