Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a design agency in Central London specialising in the world of architecture and 3D visualisation. They have a great set of clients including leading architectural practices, a strong team and a culture for ongoing professional and personal development. Prior to the pandemic they had a strong culture of looking after work life balance, not encouraging overworking and spending endless evenings in the office. Even now, they are well set up for remote work and they make sure that people are well looked after in terms of mental health and workload. In terms of the team itself, you'll be working closely with a highly experienced operations director and a well established project management team. Collaboration is at the heart of the agency and this role will embody that.

What You'll Be Doing

As a client partner you will be looking after and growing several key accounts for the agency, overseeing projects spanning brand identity, integrated marketing, CG/3D visualisation and brand toolkits amongst other things. In terms of the team around you, you'll be working closely with creative and design teams, other account managers, and the agency's senior management team as well as with senior stakeholders with your clients. You'll be expected to actively influence, orchestrate and contribute to delivering top notch work and build close relationships with your clients.

Who You Are

The usual personality traits apply; you need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-moving, fluid agency environment with experience in building strong relationships and having a strategic viewpoint of how to grow an account and manage a team internally. Proven experience of working across multiple work streams, managing varied workloads and delivering budgets is absolutely key. In the ideal world you'll also have extensive experience in the branding sector (specifically with property or architecture / placemaking clients), as well as a strategic, consultative approach to your work.
