Winning new business and growing accounts, the team is flourishing and is now looking to expand its Business Development Department.
As a strategic, driven and charismatic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing business development strategies, focusing on outbound lead generation activities that drive new client opportunities and support growing and sustaining key accounts across target verticals and markets. This could take the form of running events, hosting workshops or even working with the client services and strategy teams to develop editorial marketing assets that encourage business leads to engage with the brand. Your role will be supported by a Business Development Executive whom you will be responsible for line managing - planning their workload and mentoring them through this to get the best results for the wider team. Utilising your analytical skills, you will also work closely with the Managing Director, investors and product team, reporting on progress and return, providing feedback and identifying areas of opportunity/refinement along with possible solutions or strategies.
This role is ideally suited to a Business Development Manager with a head for data and trend analysis, who is driven to consistently hit targets and improve the performance of themselves and those around them creatively. You will need to have strong relationship building and negotiation skills, be confident selling and pitching and most importantly have an enthusiasm for insights and marketing.
