Major Players seeks a Research & Insights Manager with experience in broadcast & media to join one of the UK's leading broadcast networks, starting ASAP and paying £45k.
Our client in West London is one of the UK's leading broadcast networks boasting a roster of well known and loved channels, reaching over 40 million viewers each month. They have had a hugely successful year, which is reflected by their market share, and have been driving key areas internally including research & insights, social media, technological and app developments and in-house production of new shows. It is a hugely exciting time to be joining the company, and their office space and benefits are second to none.
They seek a highly collaborative Research & Insights Manager to use TechEdge, BARB and secondary data resources such as Mintel & TGI to identify customer trends, of which the findings are integral to cross-business strategy of multiple departments including the marketing, editorial, scheduling and channel teams amongst others. You will be responsible for the management of project delivery, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and will also have direct line management responsibilities of 2 junior members of staff.
You will have at least 18 months experience in a management experience and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be proactive, collaborative, passionate about insights and have an interest in the television industry. You will have a background working within broadcast or wider media, fully competent in using TechEdge. Experience using BARB is desirable but not essential.
