Major Players are excited to be working with an award-winning independent agency - one that has strategic, creative, and production media departments all under one roof. This agency started in a bedroom 12 years ago, and now employs 50 people. The Media department is one of the fastest growing parts of the business, as clients are increasingly looking for a one stop shop, and want a closer relationship between creative and media. You'll be someone who can not only add value to existing and new clients, but someone who can help shape how the agency's media capabilities evolve over time. While they're proud of what they've have achieved, they're never satisfied - and they ask people who join to share that same philosophy. Are you an ambitious digital planner/buyer who's ready for a step up to lead the digital media growth and broaden your expertise across all media?

Responsibilities



* Own the client relationship for all digital media matters
* Responsible for the digital media strategy, planning and buying predominantly across Display, Programmatic and Paid Social (e.g. running Facebook paid advertising, Google PPC, running self serve programmatic ad platforms, managing 3rd party providers DSP's, performance agencies, and so on)
* Define the role for digital media channels within the campaign approach, setting appropriate KPIs and advising on likely metrics CPA, CPC, and so on
* Brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client's digital strategy
* Understand the creative formats and demands of the most popular digital advertising channels
* Support the MD across the planning of all channel campaigns with high standard presentations, assisting in the buying of campaigns along with the analysis and reporting to clients

Requirements



* Knowledge of key research tool Google Analytics along with TGI and Addynamix will be useful but training in all systems will be given in the later
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and excel

* Motivated and conscientious individual who has extensive experience in digital media
* Hands on experience of planning and managing digital brand and DR campaigns
* Be thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work
* Ability to lead and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients
