Audience Development Manager - YouTube

Social, Content & Influencer Marketing £ 25,000 - £ 28,000 per year

Major Players are working on an exciting opportunity with end to end social agency. Inspiring audiences with their bold social content for clients, partners and. own media brands. With a global community of 158 million followers, and generating billions of views every month, they have a real-time insight to what works, right now.

They are looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to join the YouTube Operations team. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to expand their knowledge in the digital space and grow with the Company. This role will be part of the YouTube channel management team undertaking audience development activity to grow clients YouTube channels.

Responsibilities



* Account and client management - working with our clients to understand their goals and how best to meet them



* Content strategy - helping clients develop and execute the right content strategy to grow views, watch time, subscribers and revenue.



* Channel management - implementing audience development best practice to grow and optimise the channels. Tasks include video optimisation (titles, thumbnails, metadata), monetisation, rights management, community posts, curating channel pages, moderating comments and more.



* Producing and presenting high-quality reports that analyse performance and provide actionable insights for our clients.

Skills + Experience



* 12-18 months' experience working on YouTube - ideally YouTube certified.
* Knowledge of YouTube Creator Studio and the YouTube Content Management System.
* A passion for YouTube and a desire to nurture and grow the channels you manage.
* Demonstrable experience in dealing directly with clients.
* Keen analytical mind that can turn data into insights.
* Ability to produce high quality reports.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving business.

As this role is office-based, you'll be expected to work in the Kings Cross office for 2-3 days each week and you'll be able to work up to 2-3 days each week from home.
