Associate Director, Quantitative

Research, Insight & Analysis £ 45,000 - £ 60,000 per year

One of London's leading and multi award winning research agencies seek a quantitative Associate Director to join their collaborative team. Starting ASAP and paying up to £60k.

The Client
The client is a multi award winning mid sized integrated qual & quant research consultancy in central London. They are specialists within the media, tech and retail sectors predominantly in the UK market and have an impressive and growing client roster. They are creative in their approach, collaborative and have a fairly flat structure. Their success means they are steadily growing and in turn seek a quantitative associate director to join the team.

The Role
They are looking for an experienced quantitative associate director to join their quant division which makes up around 40% of the agency. You will have line management responsibilities and be overseeing a variety of projects simultaneously. There will be little in the way of new business responsibilities, although you will be expected to grow accounts organically through nurturing existing client relationships and will be expected to represent the business at conferences etc.

The Candidate
You will have at least 4 years' professional experience within quantitative research, at least 6 months of which at a senior level. You will have demonstrable experience of leading projects start to finish and working collaboratively with your colleagues. You will be adept on a range of quantitative methodologies and able to consult and advise as to the research design. You will have experience working within media, tech or retail.
