One of London's leading and multi-award winning research agencies seek x2 quantitative Associate Director to join their collaborative team. Starting ASAP and paying up to £65k.
The client is a multi-award winning, medium sized integrated qual & quant research consultancy in central London. They are specialists within the media, tech and retail sectors predominantly in the UK market and have an impressive and growing client roster. They are creative in their approach, collaborative and have a fairly flat structure. Their success means they are steadily growing and in turn seek x2 quantitative associate directors or research managers to join the team. The client now seeks x2 Quantitative Associate Directors to join their successful and growing team.
This is a newly created role following the agency's planned continuous growth. The large majority will be working on ad hoc projects varying across tech, media and retail on both larger consultative projects and quick turnaround projects, so agility in working style is important. Around 50% of your time will be assigned to being the client lead to one of the agency's largest accounts within the retail sector, and the rest of your time will be split across varying clients in media and tech wherever the requirements lie.

The second role has arisen due to a someone taking maternity leave, but due to anticipated agency growth they have decided to hire a replacement one a permanent basis. You can be either at Research Manager or Associate Director level, but will be leading on multiple projects within the telecoms and technology space. You will be working on complex positioning pieces for products and services, and will predominantly be working on ad-hoc projects and 1 tracker.
You will be a specialist within quantitative research, predominantly ad hoc, adept on a range of methods including conjoint analysis online methods and segmentation, and be enthusiastic to continue developing your skills and using new methodologies. You will be experienced in leading multiple projects simultaneously and be adept in overseeing the full process from research design and proposal writing, to delivery and presenting the debrief. Line management experience would be ideal but not essential. Experience working within the tech, retail and media sectors or similar would be advantageous, as would experience working in a research agency of a medium sized, but not essential. Due to the variation between projects, candidate who can be versatile in their approach to projects would do well here.
