Job Title - Account Manager
The Role / Company
A marketing agency are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to deliver experiential and digital campaigns! This agency work with employers that provide early talent work experience schemes, including apprenticeships, internships and placement years. Their main objectives will typically be to market these schemes to the best students, and your job will be to deliver on these objectives through running highest-quality creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end to end integrated campaigns including on-campus activations, live and virtual events, digital
* Ensure best-in-class communication, account handling and relationship management
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital campaigns and virtual events go live on time
* Work closely with external suppliers and university contacts
* Financial management of the campaigns
* Manage teams of student brand ambassadors
* Maintain regular campaign performance updates with the client
* Work closely with the commercial team - attending meetings, and cross selling
Experience Required
* 1+ years' Account/Project/Event Management experience within a Creative/Marketing/Advertising agency
* Client facing experience (essential)
* Experience with digital and experiential campaigns (desirable)
Salary
* £28-31k + campaign related bonus (up to £3k) + company bonus
* Hybrid working - 1 day in the office
