Account Manager

Creative Services £ 28,000 - £ 35,000 per year

Major Players are working with a creative agency who produce integrated campaigns for the non-profit sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to support the Client Services team in the day-to-day management of creative projects across direct mail and digital marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:



* Manage existing client relationships developing proactive and trusted communication
* Oversee end-to-end projects meeting budgetary requirements, scheduling and tracking time lines whilst collaborating closely with the internal production and creative teams
* Effectively communicate between client, external and internal personnel to ensure seamless operation and growth of existing business
* Ensure client objectives are understood thoroughly to prepare creative briefs
* Establish business development opportunities within existing client portfolios
* Maintain revue of costing, tracking revenue forecast and account financial management to reach maximum profitability
* Comfortable pitch and present ideas to client and internal team members
* Handle multiple case studies for completed projects to present to internal senior staff


Skills & Experience:



* 2-5 years' account management experience within an agency environment
* Passionate about non-profit sector
* Comfortability in pitching and presenting
* Keen eye for details
* Confident in building relationships both internally and externally
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong numerical and financial management understanding


Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £28,000-£35,000, £28-£35k
