Job Title: Account Manager

Reporting to: Client Partner

About us: The integrated agency is Omnicom Group's global implementation agency who provide content creation, marketing and production for some of the world's most iconic brands. The integrated agency works across a wide range of high profile clients including Amazon, Lloyds Banking Group, O2, Sony, Three Mobile, Intel, British Gas and Bacardi to name but a few. We also work closely with our Omnicom partner creative agencies.

We are looking for an Account Manager to work within our friendly, buzzing Account management team on our AXA IM account.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day responsibility for client approvals of deliverables locally and globally



* Manage process from receiving media plan and creative files to delivery to the publication
* Responsible for delivery of the client scope on time, on budget and to the necessary quality standards
* Receiving, clarifying and briefing client projects
* Creation and administration of project tracker, reporting back to account director to help manage and track status of all clients and campaigns
* Operation of online systems
* Direct jobs to studio traffic, proof reading team & moving image teams
* Providing regular status update to clients via emails/on calls when required
* Ability to effectively manage client expectations
* Proactively chase forthcoming projects and seeking new opportunities with the client
* Timely job estimation and Client cost approval
* Full financial tracking and job reconciliation approval prior to Client billing

Skills & Experience required



* 3+ Years' experience of working in a project management/account management role
* Client facing experience
* Heavy print experience with some Digital knowledge
* Strong numeric, verbal and written communication skills
