The client is a leader in its space, offering a unique proposition whereby large amounts of UX Research data can be collected through remote testing. They are technologically advanced, offering tools and accompanying expertise and strategic recommendations for clients in both testing and formative concept and prototype development. Through their unique offering and expertise in the field, they have acquired unquestionably the world's most successful and renowned client roster across retail, telecoms, automotive and financial services. They are medium sized and have offices internationally in UK, Europe and the USA and continue to grow through their ongoing success. They seek an experienced consultant to work closely with a portfolio of clients to understand their business goals and consult on which elements of the product and services can best meet these requirements. You will become an expert in you sector vertical and will learn the product inside-out, understanding how it can assist businesses in their overall strategy. You will work closely with the accounts teams and where applicable the research teams, and maintain strong client relationships with your client portfolio. The work is reactive and also proactive, you will be juggling multiple things at any one time.
You will have a background working within research and have a good understanding of a variety of methodologies and approaches. You will have experience in client facing positions, able to listen and understand clients' requirements and come up with commercially and technically viable, consultative and strategic recommendations. You will be trained in the product of course, but having understanding or interest in technology is essential.
