Account Manager - The Company
My client are an integrated fundraising agency that was born from an idea to bring the right people together to change the world. They also believe in great partnerships and delivering the best they can for their clients. They're exceptionally good at creative for press, mail, digital and innovation and pulling everything together, developing strategies, budgets, propositions and plans. And when it comes to actually making stuff happen, nobody negotiates and integrates like they do. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join their 60 strong London team, delivering everything from strategic insight and DM to innovative new products and ground-breaking digital campaigns.
Account Manager - The Role
The successful Account Manager will provide & deliver exceptional fundraising campaigns from start to finish providing full schedules for all projects & the materials required to complete the briefs and creative work.
Supporting the client's strategic direction in collaboration with AD - ensuring work is carried out with this as a grounding
Delivering exceptional donor and data led creative - developing and managing schedules, and ensuring creative stays true to brief
Testing, learning and reporting back on key findings - internally ensuring results are accurately collated and fed back and externally advising clients on campaign performance and optimisation
Growing your clients' business - identifying opportunities and working with SAM &AD to make recommendations
Keeping track of the budget ensuring work is scheduled and delivered in the agreed time
Running weekly timesheet reports to ensure individual jobs are remaining profitable
Maintaing strong client relationships - keeping in regular contact in person and on the phone
Managing the work of your clients - ensuring all requests and discussions are acted upon
Managing partners, freelancers and suppliers - to deliver work on time and on budget
Account Manager - Key Skills
Experience of delivering responsive campaigns across a variety of channels.
Proven track record of managing work across planning and innovation, presenting and communication skills,
management of client and creative teams as project develops, reporting on
results, resource, and efficiency of campaign internally.
● A good understanding of the fundraising market
● A good understanding of print and digital channels
