Account Manager

Account Management £ 28,000 - £ 35,000 per year


Clients - Technology - B2B

The successful applicant will work across 3-4 B2B technology accounts. As is the nature of agency life, this
client-facing role will vary from one day to the next.

With help from colleagues and more senior members of staff, the applicant will be expected to carry out a
variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

* Working as part of an account team to implement a wide range of social and digital marketing
* Developing content for use across various platforms and formats (e.g social flashcards, printed direct
mailouts, written case studies and video testimonials, infographics, web copy)
* Supporting on the development and execution of content marketing and sales enablement strategies
(usually run using tools such as Marketo and/or Eloqua)
* Preparing regular client reports and attending meetings
* Participating in the development of creative ideas and proposals for existing and new clients to
support new business activities

Key skills and experience required:

* A minimum of two year's work experience, ideally in an agency environment
* Self-starter, able to work autonomously and reliably as part of a busy team
* Strong written language and excellent attention to detail
* Digital marketing and social experience
* Multi-tasking - the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
* Strong time management skills, happy in a quickfire work environment where client requests can
demand a flexible approach to daily routine
