ACCOUNT MANAGER/EVENT PRODUCER - £35-£40K - EVENT PRODUCTION - PERM - SW LONDON

As part of another very exciting Major Partners partnership we're working with the well renowned and respected Event Production Agency Fisher Productions! It's a really exciting time for the business, seeing continued growth and the need to ramp up their Client Services and Delivery team. We're looking for experienced Account Managers/Event Producers to join the team to not only manage relationships with venues and clients but also deliver events hands on. We're looking for candidates that are passionate about event management, who strive to deliver the highest level of service and the most beautiful and impressive events across London!

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing Fisher business with designated corporate clients and accredited venues through effective Account Management and delivery of high specification events at Fisher Venues and other locations.

Main Duties:

Account Management
 Build and maintain long term and strong personal relationships with designated venues and clients
 Work with Account Director to develop and implement individual account strategies for each client and venue
 Understand client brands to build robust relationships and add commercial value to secure their future business

Build New Business
 Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with potential new clients
 Grow business with existing clients through effect Account Management
 Develop and present professional and effective pitches to secure jobs
 Present pitches directly to clients securing sales and winning jobs
 Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain competitive edge in the service offering

Producing events
 Produce all events for the corporate account wherever possible, including accredited venues and smaller jobs.
 Maintain strong client relationships before, during and after each event
 Overseeing the production team; managing budgets; spend and producing full reconciliation on each job
 Ensure healthy margins are maintained through accurate quoting and budgeting and ensuring the job is always delivered on spec
 Work effectively with the Design team to ensure quality design and creative input
 Ensure client expectations are always met or exceeded for each event
 Ensure every aspect of their experience working with Fisher Productions is positive in terms of 'customer experience'
 Fully adhere to Fisher's ISO 9001 & ISO 20121 systems and procedures and contribute to their development as required
 Ensure all events are delivered on spec - on time, within budget, and at or above client expectations

Enhance Job Profitability
 Follow and uphold the existing budgeting and quoting processes.
 Completing time sheeting to allow management team to reconcile time back against each job
