My client are an integrated agency working across branding, digital, engagement and reporting. They've been growing steadily for the last few years and so they are now looking to add a new Account Manager to their tightly knit client services team to deliver a variety of digital projects.
You'll be shaping the goals and constraints of a project including scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will include digital design and build work, content creation and brand consultancy but the focus will very much be on the digital design side of things.
This agency really prides itself on its client service and this role will be a key part of that; you will be client facing from the outset, providing personable and efficient support to external suppliers. The mantra is that delivering along is not enough, clients need to want to work with the agency again and again (and many of them do!).
You'll be part of an established team and will play an important role in shaping the structure of the team over the coming months and years, operating seamlessly across Branding, Digital and Engagement project. Team work and a multidisciplinary approach will be essential.
Ideally, you'll also have experience working within the world of branding and design including work to deliver web and content platforms. You'll be used helping the client define and refine the brief and have experience of working with the creative studio to scope the creative direction of a project and ensure resource is in place to complete it on time
