The Agency.

My client is an unique integrated events and retail agency working with some of the best well known campaigns in the world. They offer a special service to their clients where they have their own design and print studio team along with a events, live activation and client services. Their vision is to become the global leaders in customised merchandise whilst making sure they are always doing the right thing for their clients. This is a one of a kind opportunity where you will be working on your own initially across client services but alongside their project management team, designers and creatives.

The Role.

You'll be working on multiple accounts where you'll be the day to day contact for some of their key retail clients. As well as planning, controlling and delivering a range of on side projects from strat to finish , this role will rely on you solely to manage client expectations and to move the relationship forward. Identifying opportunities to grow the account will be a part of the role too alongside making sure the work is delivered to a very high standard. The role will involved you attending client meetings, contributing to internal brainstorms and strategy meetings, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. It's a great role for someone to spread their wings and develop in a fast - paced , happy and exciting working environment.

So in a bit of a nutshell…

* Proven experience across retail , creative or a digital/design agency
* 3 + years experience as an Account Handler
* Good understanding of the fashion/retail sector
* Confident to work in a fast pace and at times a challenging working environment
* Commercially aware of the ad/creative/design space
* Well organised
* Good presentation skills
* Team player
