Client Handling



* Display excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and create a strong sense of company partnership


* Building and maintenance of strong client relationships from brief taking through to project delivery & evaluation


* Actively pursuing new business opportunities through existing client relationships and pitch to clients


* Creating a partnership with clients and suppliers


* Ability to see bigger picture of a project and to provide clients with expert opinions and additional services


* Ability to utilise industry knowledge and experience to interrogate briefs, ask relevant questions and advise on how to improve the event and our offering where relevant


* Project reporting and evaluation


* To be a confident presenter and be able to present to a client in a professional manner

Campaign Responsibilities



* Styling & Sourcing

* Design event concept & specific styling
* Create beautiful and realistic mood boards using HA templates with accompanying vision statements
* Excellent "out of the box" sourcing skills

* Production

* Work closely with our production partners/suppliers on everything we build/make.
* Basic production knowledge to be able to brief suppliers and communicate clearly with clients on their requirements.
* Understanding of Health & Safety legislation in event practices

* Suppliers

* Maintain strong relationships with our key partners and suppliers
* Develop suppliers lists and actively search for new opportunities
