Account Executive/Senior Account Executive

Marketing, Comms & PR £ 25,000 - £ 34,000 per year, £25k - 34k per year


With offices in London, New York and LA, this boutique creative agency uses culture as their North Star and strategy as a compass to observe, explore and design online and IRL activations that bridge brands and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the account teams with the day to day deliverables of client projects

  • Keep clients informed of project updates and status of work streams

  • Assist in the admin of projects, including creating timelines, status sheets, meeting minutes, workflow trackers and shared folders

  • Support with new and existing projects by providing knowledge and insights

  • Vet and liaise with external suppliers, talent managers, influencers and vendors and support with ensuring all paperwork is in place

  • Create campaign case studies for presentation and website pages

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a social media, events, media, creative or PR agency/in-house as an Account Executive or Marketing Assistant

  • Familiar with Excel and are comfortable working with numbers

  • You have experience with event planning and experiential marketing (desired but not essential)

  • Your writing skills and attention to detail are second to none

Salary: £25-34K
