Account Executive

Account Management £ 24,000 - £ 25,000 per year, BONUS

* An in depth understanding of experiential and event account handling tasks, such as client management, creating campaigns, compiling status reports, timing and journey plans, and staff briefing documentation etc.
* A creative flair and passion for creating and delivering interesting campaigns for our clients

* Managing Client and internal teams to the successful delivery of projects
* Developing accounts under the direction of senior staff
* Enacting strategic campaigns and providing counsel to clients
* Effectively presenting agency work/proposals to clients and supporting other team members in same
* Managing activity on assigned accounts, keeping clients informed of account direction and maintaining forward momentum on projects
* Coordinating project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel and provides clients with timeline and budget updates
* Checking and approving creative/production materials with client, to ensure they are in line with client and agency expectations and coordinating approval of same
* Writing proposals for clients' marketing initiatives and coordinating quotations/estimates for client approval
* Leading and participating in client meetings
* Providing client reporting and results analysis
* Tracking agency and vendor costs to help ensure profitability and assists in preparation of client invoices
* Handling all paperwork associated with account and job functions
* Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts and support other new business efforts
* Displaying marketing curiosity and a willingness to push thinking in new directions
* Responsible for performing other agency related tasks as assigned


* Being able to run an event
* An understanding of the Entertainment and pop culture sector
* Experiential or event client management and delivery experience
* Proven track record of delivery on projects
* Managing budgets
* Ninja grade problem solving capabilities
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Passionate and driven approach
* Developing and presenting pitches to clients
* Highly IT & Mac literate with advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, essential Photoshop and associated skills a bonus
* Full UK Driving license desirable
* A kick ass vibe and positive attitude
