Account Director

Account Management £ 40,000 - £ 48,000 per year, benefits

My client is a Newcastle based creative agency and together we are looking for an Account Director to lead a team and deliver excellent strategic and creative work. The Account Director will work alongside the Creative Director and Planning Director and be a expert in delivering integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver innovative customer-centric solutions to continue business growth
-Work on integrated projects which include - TV, print, digital, OOH
-Leading and developing client relationships alongside the account teams
-Liaising with various internal stakeholders and external suppliers
-Initiating, planning, controlling and delivering a whole range of projects on time and to budget
-Work with customers, consumers and data to identify needs and deliver winning solutions
-Responsible for managing end to end new business

Experience required:
-5-10 years experience working on integrated campaigns within a creative agency environment
-Strong strategic sales pitch leadership and negotiation
-Outstanding personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels
-Strong project management skills
-Strong financial management skills and awareness of profitability
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
