My client is a London based design and branding agency and together we are looking for an Account Director to deliver excellent strategic and creative work on a 12 month contract basis. The Account Director will report into the Managing Director; you will be commercially focused, building strategic partnerships and responsible for organic client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to brilliant standards, on time, on budget
- Take responsibility for delivering end to end retail projects
- Support new business efforts in winning new clients
- Represent client services within senior management
- Pitches; planning content, budget, resource, programme and delivery
- Work with Managing Director on driving the commercials - budgeting, forecasting, commercial management
- Prepare, present and negotiate client estimates, proposals and tenders
Skills required:
- Relevant sector experience particularly in retail and hospitality, preferably in digital
- Thorough knowledge of working in the brand/experience space
- Commercially astute and noted for building client loyalty and achieving the numbers
- Strong communicator with success winning, leading, retaining and growing accounts
- Blue chip, client-side experience, working with C-Suite
- Demonstrate significant experience in professional client relationship management
-Strong financial management skills and awareness of profitability
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
