Account Director

Client Services £ 45,000 - £ 50,000 per year, £45k - 50k per year

I'm working with one of Omnicom's leading creative agencies who are looking for an Account Director to join them. This role will be working on the brand team and will focus on working with senior creatives to develop brand and brand strategy for the client. As an Account Director we're looking for someone who has proven experience developing client brands, brand vision and strategy. We're looking for an ambitious Account Director who is looking for a new challenge!

The role;
As an Account Director you will report and support the Senior Account Director, with a team of talented Account Managers and Executives underneath you!
- Responsibility of working closely with senior stakeholders and creatives in working together on briefs across all marketing channels including; print, OOH, social, digital and more.
- Meeting key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction, ensuring all projects are managed accordingly and on time
- Prepare and present business plans per quarter to detail projected revenue margins and resources, in conjunction with relevant account team personnel
- Demonstrate continual monitoring of progress against plan and analysis of results, taking remedial action as necessary to ensure achievement of targets
- Leads account service and cross discipline agency team in developing and delivering exceptional campaigns and projects, flawlessly executed while meeting clients
- Manages multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or multiple clients through the ability to understand client marketing and business objectives and develops high-level strategic plans
- Encourages clients to proactively and continuously sharing data, information, insights, strategic problems
- Demonstrates passion for the best creative product
- Develops and delivers compelling client presentations and new business presentations
- Actively involved in long-term Brand Development

Must haves;
To be considered as an Account Director for this role you must have the following experience...
- You must have experience in a very similar role in developing brand, brand strategy and brand vision for clients.
- Proven experience as an established Account Director working in a similar agency, with experience across a mixture of integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders updating the client regularly on project updates
- Proven results of delivering organic growth and capitalising on New Business opportunities
- Proven success in leading a multi-disciplinary team in delivering exceptional (creatively and strategically solid) work while meeting financial objectives.
- Ability to delegate work to the supporting team to ensure all projects are delivered on time
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting and project plans for clients
- Team management experience
