Our talented and close knit Culture Team, who work with destination, music, live events, travel, hospitality and fashion clients to name a few, are now looking to hire a fantastic and collaborative Account Director. You will be supporting on two luxury UK hotel accounts but predominantly will work across a large, culturally significant and exciting international retainer travel and hotel account. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a crucial part of a globally recognised project that will benefit generations to come.

Your experience working at Account Director level for international and luxury travel, hospitality and hotel clients will be crucial for your success in the role where an appreciation and sensitivity for different cultures and a relevant developed network is key. If you have had experience working or traveling abroad, can speak multiple languages, such as Arabic, or have experience working on Middle Eastern accounts this will also be hugely beneficial.

Working as the main contact on the account, you will be responsible for developing and running large scale projects, managing the remit of agency partners globally, presenting strategy and positioning, activating campaigns, providing council, running global press office, maximising revenue and importantly, consistently exceeding the client's expectations. You will recognise when to elevate conversation to your Senior Account Director and will also support more junior members of the team.

- Worked at Account Director level, with demonstrable global luxury brand experience ideally covering travel, hotel and hospitality.
- Strong familiarity with the cultural fabric of London and global destinations, either through campaign delivery or makeup of clients
- Ability to get hands-on and support key portfolio clients and their growth with the team.
- Connections to aid in opening up new briefs/ prospecting streams
