Account Director - Experiential

Experiential, Sponsorship & Events £ 40,000 - £ 50,000 per year

A leading experiential agency is on the hunt for an Account Director to join the team due to masses of new business won. You will ideally have a balanced mix of experiential marketing, team management and client handling experience.

Broadly speaking, the role consists of:
-Organising and running all aspects of the Account Team with support from a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
-Leading client contact project stakeholder contact, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and all KPIs are achieved
-Behaving as a role model to all line reports and colleagues, delivering all projects in line with the agency's mission and working as part of the senior agency team to lead and inspire
-Striving to create best in class on all projects, ensuring quality and high client service at all times

Ideally your experience will be heavily experiential, with demonstrable success running sampling projects, national tours, festival activations and promotional marketing campaigns.
