Account Director - (ABM) Account-based Marketing Agency / Start-up
We are searching for an Account Director to join a rapidly growing, unique and exciting start-up who are an account- based marketing agency (ABM). Our client is seeking an experience Account Director, you will play a key role in delivering insight outcomes to clients through accelerating opportunities and expanding in target accounts.
Account Director - The Role
As the Account Director (ideally with B2B), you will join an immediate team of three (but rapidly growing), gaining hands on experience working directly with the Managing Director who is building the agency from scratch, and, the wider group. As the Account Director, your day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
* Developing trusted and commercial relationships with key clients
* You will lead and manage strategic account planning and will be accountable for delivering the best of your/the agency's collective ability
* You will provide solutions, add value to achieve the clients most important goals.
* You will work closely with the insight team, incorporating intelligence into client interactions and client management
* You will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of client needs, getting to the heart of the matter very quickly
* You will be a confident communicator, managing C-level and senior relationships
* You will have a commercial mindset to support with planning & forecasting to deliver award winning ABM programs
Account Director - About You
* You will be an ambitious, driven and motivated individual who is enthusiastic about being a key part of a start-up, willing to roll up your sleeves
* A proven track record to positively impact client outcomes with the ability to influence
* Experience within the B2B and ABM space
* A strategic thinker, someone who does the detail and someone who is two steps ahead with the bigger picture
