Major Players have partnered with a forward-thinking independent agency with a focus on Branding and Social Content to recruit a Studio Operations Coordinator to join their Shoreditch based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in maintaining a high-performing studio environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to support the creative team.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to assist in the development of persuasive proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and expertise.
  • Take charge of project management tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
  • Spearhead the development and maintenance of clear and comprehensive onboarding materials for new clients and team members.
  • Onboard freelancers as needed to supplement internal resources and meet project demands.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, organising team-building activities, and promoting a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience within advertising or social media agencies, with a solid understanding of agency operations and client engagement processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and assertively.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, driving proactive initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strong people management skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
  • A passion for continuous improvement.
