Lead Software Engineer - Technical Lead - C#/.NET - Hybrid - £90k - London

This role will be with one of their unique brands who operate within the insurance industry and they have a great oppurtunity for an ambitious individual.

They have hired a lot across Fullstack and mobile development, and can boast very impressive and achievable growth plans going forward!

What you'll do:

Alongside the Product owner, you'll be responsible for setting the technical and product direction of your team, setting realistic timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring the project goals and deliverables are correctly implemented.
Lead a team of engineers around a cross functional product team, providing guidance and mentorship for individuals helping them grow in their careers.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for technical issues providing guidance and problem resolution.
Actively participate in sprint development, contributing to coding tasks, with a focus on tackling the more complex technical challenges that require specialised expertise.
Leverage real time metrics, data, and testing to continuously monitor and enhance your product's performance, ensuring its health & robustness throughout.
