Senior PR and Corporate Communications Manager

Up to £85,000 pa, London, hybrid working

My client are a global financial services company, looking for a Senior PR and Corporate Communications Manager to join them in their ambitious growth plans. They already operate in hundreds of countries across the world, and they need a compelling storyteller with a killer black book of media relations to continue their market leading strategy.

The perfect person for this role has a background in B2B PR, ideally in finance or tech. They will be curious, a confident communicator, with experience in launching new ideas and keeping things fresh.

Responsible for;

• Writing compelling content to drive consistent brand messaging
• Regional and global PR strategy and execution, with global agency management
• Implementing standard global PR procedures for regional teams
• Working with the leadership team and subject matter experts to develop key narratives that elevate company reputation
• Leading cross functional crisis comms teams to manage occasional reputational challenges
• Monitoring media channels and competitor analysis
• Being proactive with external communications and media relations plans that support business objectives

Skills and experience required;

• 6-8 years of PR and Communications experience, ideally in fintech or B2B technology environments
• BA in Marketing or equivalent
• Strong media relations
• Excellent written communication skills
• Demonstrable experience working with global and regional PR teams
• Proven ability to take initiative in crisis comms situations
• Forward thinking and innovative storytelling

The role is paying up to £85,000 pa based on experience, with hybrid working in London city centre, 2 days a week. There is a discretionary bonus, private healthcare and other competitive benefits included in the package.
