This year, although sampling is still being implemented, we see live events coming more into the picture after a tough economic period that perhaps hindered these types of events being activated. Although a number of redundancies occurred in 2009 it seems there is still a skills shortage for niche specialists and senior candidates across account handling, planning, production and new business areas. Talented candidates with the right skills will be able to negotiate their way to some very impressive packages.
