The creative market continues to be buoyant; however the industry is rapidly changing. Many companies are looking to diversify, with Digital continuing to integrate into ATL, Integrated, Design and Branding agencies. Offline specialists are still going to be in demand but candidates who invest in shoring up their digital skills will find the most success. The design market also remained strong in 2008 with good candidates in demand and a diversification of skill sets a necessity. 2009 has seen a big change with clients being ever demanding on budgets and good job roles requiring people who can be flexible on their abilities and salaries. On a positive note, new start ups are on the increase and for those who thrive on hard work it will be exciting.
