		Phil Braham: Has been at Major Players for two years, where he enjoys the distinction of being the only inhouse creative specialist in London. 		Carly Broome: Has been recruiting for design and creative for 5 years and is absolutely committed to helping her candidates realise their goals. 		Dan Poole: Has been in recruitment for more than decade and found his spiritual home at Major Players in 2007. He recruits studio roles including: Artworkers, Retouchers and Visualisers for Integrated and Advertising Agencies. 		Sarina Hussain: One of the very first people to join the Major Players family, Sarina has been with us for 13 years. Having been a designer in her former life, she's developed many long term relationships with some of the UK's top creative design companies and has launched the careers of countless industry movers and shakers. 		Charlie Shrager: Spent 10 years within the creative industry before jumping the fence to join Major Players 3.5 years ago. Charlie focuses on 'ideas people': copywriters, art directors, creative teams and integrated designers and mainly covers freelance placements. 		Briony Panton: Has been in the creative team longer than anybody.
