Phil came to Major Players in 2007 to set up an in-house creative division, placing creatives within in-house teams across retail, media, healthcare, corporate, charity the public sector and art institutions. This division covers print, branding, digital design and technical, environment and packaging, both on a freelance and permanent basis.
