My client is Central London creative agency, looking to hire a Studio Manager. My client works with some of the country's leading fashion and food companies, specialising in brand and identity.
As a key part of the team you will work very closely with a team of designers and account managers to ensure the studio is run as efficiently as possible. You will play an important role in the day to day running of the organisation, with the ability to think on their feet, manage the studio workload and flag any issues that may arise.
-Management of all aspects of the creative studio including the set up and management of design processes, including tracking
-Build relationships with freelancers ensuring the recruitment of creatives
-Participating in overall management forums and decisions for the studio
-Updating forecasting (billing) weekly and discussing with one of the Directors
-Paying purchase invoices and supplier invoicing
-Coordinating PAYE and Paying VAT with Directors
Other day to day responsibilities include; receptionist duties, ensuring the studio is well stocked, organising travel arrangements, organising social events, basic bookkeeping duties, various administrative tasks and lots more. This is a very varied fast paced role, no day will be the same and you will work across all departments in our fast growing team.
