Social Community Manager - The Agency
This is a creative agency split across ATL, CRM, digital and retail. They work with a broad range of clients, who are quite distinguished and influential in the world of advertising. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting agency who offer plenty of support, with access to internal and external training courses. Social Community Manager - The Role
The Social Community Manager is responsible for planning and managing the social media calendar and communities for one of their largest high profile; planning content, connecting with existing and potential fans, and running influencer outreach activity.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the client's community profiles on social networking sites, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn
Plan, write and post engaging content to agreed frequencies and themes
Manage a schedule of opportunities and campaigns, exploring opportunities for both online and offline engagement as well as managing content plans and collaborating with the digital and social media team on strategic developments
Increase the size and (more importantly) engagement levels of their client's fan base and encourage participation and advocacy in all social channels and track issues along with deploying crisis management response where necessary
Adopt a proactive approach to social media engagement by searching for and reaching out to people on social platforms that have the same interests as their brand's social personality

Required Skills / Experience

You'll need experience in community management and content planning for a major brand, confident copywriting skills and experience writing for social media. You will also have understanding of entire international social media universe and an opinion about what the next big trend will be. You'll be a creative and strategic thinker with the ability to direct digital design. You will ideally be familiar with monitoring and profile management software eg. Hootsuite, Brandwatch / Tracx / Adobe Social, Socialbakers, Moz Analytics, Crimson Hexagon etc.
