Major Players have a great opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a B2B Content and Communications agency based in Clapham.
The agency works with huge global blue chip clients and needs someone who has worked across stakeholder comms previously.
The agency look to simplify complex technical propositions for global tech businesses and create innovative customer experience centres and events across the world.
- Strategically develop, nurture and grow key existing accounts and relationships and assist with the development of new in line with the company's business development strategy
- Work collaboratively with the Project/Production Manager to ensure effective and productive day-to-day management of client relationships and project delivery teams to help achieve the above objective
- Contribute to thought leadership/visionary thinking - support and drive senior management team in identifying where we can carve our niche and focus our energies in terms of our brand, experience, strategy and content offerings
- Strong management and appreciation of creative, content and development process
- Proven ability to pitch, both in terms of presentation preparation and presentation itself
- Confidently construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their briefs
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the tech/telco market and competitive environment
- Ability to work on large strategic documents, plans and bids for both large, global tech clients and smaller independents
- Overall accountability for the profitability of each project and strong financial management of each client
- Ability to motivate, manage and maximise output from the team (with support from Client Services Director) using your people skills to coax and inspire to achieve constant great results
- Good ability to also upward manage and organise CSD and other senior members of the team
- Support CSD with growth and mentoring of Client Services team in skills/ability and take on line management of some of the more junior members of the existing Project and Account management teams
- Above all else, look for every opportunity to help nurture and grow organic client business through exceptional client service and project delivery, proactivity and consistent big picture focus and thinking
