Major Players are looking for a Senior Account Director to join an award - winning digital and direct marketing agency and work across their automotive account.
Our client is an entrepreneurially minded agency with all the benefits of being part of a large network. It specialises in direct and digital communications with a strong emphasis on data driven marketing.
We're looking for an Account Director with strong experience gained in agency or client - side data - driven marketing. You'll need to demonstrate a rich understanding of database structures as well as the practical use of data to improve campaign performance. You'll also need to be highly numerate with a strong understanding of financial management and profitability.
On a personal level you'll need to be highly organised, with a keen eye for details with great negotiation and communication skills. The agency is looking for positive, creative people with a natural curiosity, a collaborative approach and commercial acumen .
Automotive experience would be a plus. You'll also have experience of leading a client team.
You'll be taking day to day leadership of your account, ensuring that client revenue targets are met, whilst also hitting company margins. You'll need to grow client revenue whilst contributing to broader agency growth. You'll also be responsible for developing your account team.
