A boutique experiential agency based in the heart of Soho is looking for a Senior Account Director to oversee their current client servicing. At the moment, the agency is going through an exciting growth phase and looking for a process-driven AD/SAD who is excellent at managing key client relationships as well as ace at motivating the internal teams to perform and grow up the ranks. You will be supported by an operational team of account handlers and staffing experts. Being a part of a small set-up means that all members of the team have varied responsibilities and have more visible and tangible contribution to the business. As an SAD, you will make sure that the team is operating at optimum levels of performance and also ensure that the processes are adhered to for smooth delivery of projects. You will be strategically focused and assist the CSD on new business development pitches. Understanding of channels beyond experiential and events is a big plus, as the agency is looking to move from a project-to-project model to a more holistic brand strategy focus.
Ideal start date: mid-October
Salary: up to £55k.
