My client is a successful VC backed startup with offices in the Bay Area and London. They aim to redefine the process of buying their main product online. The team at this successful business brings deep e-commerce knowledge and aims to shake up the multi-billion dollar industry it works within. By only selling online, they are able to sell premium quality products at a fraction of the price in stores. They are a pioneer for change, an advocate for ease and a champion for fairness. Due to their continuing growth, they are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their passionate, agile and creative team in London.

Performance Marketing Manager - Role
A unique opportunity to join one of London's most exciting venture backed ecommerce businesses in a Performance Marketing Manager role. You will sit within the Marketing team and report into the Marketing Director, having significant exposure to their global Marketing expansion and strategy. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for running digital marketing campaigns for the French market. This is a role that requires someone who is proactive, can bring their skills to the table with confidence and is prepared to grow with the company as they enter an exciting period of growth.
Performance Marketing Manager - Responsibilities
Set up, traffic, and optimize performance marketing campaigns such as paid search, paid social, and affiliate programs.
Optimize targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation across acquisition channels
Monitor ongoing campaign performance
Execute daily campaign management and optimization to ensure successful performance
Proactively alert management team of any inconsistencies or issues including underperformance or any other campaign-related issues
Aggregate weekly reporting using 3rd party & 1st party reports
Gather and analyze data and make recommendations to help improve program efficiencies, including ROI of varying types of placements (SEM, Affiliate, and Facebook)
Performance Marketing Manager - Requirements
2+ years of experience with AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Marin Software, Facebook, and affiliate programs
At least 1 years of experience using analytic results to provide insight for organization
Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: industry trends, keyword analysis, pay per-click campaigns (PPC)
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of statistics such as ratios, percentages etc.
